When Will My Order Ship?

Every BAD&G item is made to order in our shop in Virginia (VA), USA. Most orders are completed and shipped within 5–10 business days. During busy periods, production time may extend to 10–15 business days.

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Domestic (USA) Shipping

We ship from Virginia (VA) using UPS Ground and USPS Priority Mail.

After your order ships, delivery typically takes 2–5 business days, depending on your location.

• Typical: 7–15 business days

• Busy periods: 12–20 business days

International Shipping

We ship worldwide from Virginia (VA), USA. International orders are typically shipped via USPS Priority Mail International (or an equivalent service).

After your order ships, delivery typically takes 7–10 business days, but timing varies by destination and customs processing.

Customs & tracking notes:
International shipments may experience delays due to customs processing. Tracking may not update for a period of time until the package is released by customs in your destination country. Customers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.
